Early Life and Family

Patrick was born in Niagara Falls, NY, the son of Lois (Nolan) and Hubert Noonan. A proud 1962 graduate of Starpoint High School, he excelled in track and field, competing in the high jump and pole vault, and was a member of the Shawnee Drum Corps.

On October 24, 1964, he married his high school sweetheart Gwen. Their marriage was a shining example of devotion and love, remembered fondly by all who knew them.

Character and Interests

Patrick was the epitome of a gentleman — opening doors, carrying groceries, and lending a helping hand to strangers, neighbors, and friends. He valued hard work, treasured family time, and delighted in outdoor adventures.

He cherished yearly camping trips to the 1000 Islands and Adirondacks, participated in the Lockport Canal Canoe Races, and enjoyed archery, fishing, and road trips. Patrick had a great sense of humor, loved attending air shows, listening to good music, and dancing with Gwen at the Lewiston Jazz Festival. He was also a loyal fan of the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, never turning down a game of ping pong or tossing the ball with his children.

Career

Patrick dedicated 33 years to the Harrison Radiator Division of GM in Lockport before retiring. He later continued working at Niagara Cooler, demonstrating his strong work ethic and commitment to his community.

Family

Patrick is survived by his five children: Sean (Kathy) Noonan, Beth (James) Keleher, Brian (Tonishea) Noonan, Eric (Shannon) Noonan, and Jennifer (Dan Biggie) Noonan. He leaves behind grandchildren Bailee, Katherine, Sage, Charlie, Jack, Julia, Kara, Shane, Bella, and Arianna, as well as great-granddaughters Evelyn and Novallie. He is also survived by sisters Christine Noonan, Kathleen Downey, and brother Sean Noonan, along with nieces, nephews, and many friends.
