HOUSTON, Texas — The Houston community is grieving the tragic loss of Graham Andrew Wetherell, an 18-year-old Stratford High graduate, entrepreneur, and future Texas A&M Aggie, who died following a motorcycle accident at the intersection of Wayside Drive and Avenue W.
Cause of Death
Authorities confirmed that Graham passed away due to injuries sustained in the motorcycle accident.
A Stratford High Standout Athlete and Innovator
Graham was a dominant varsity athlete, starring as a Middle Linebacker for the Stratford Boys Varsity Football team from 2022 through 2025. He also excelled in lacrosse, known for his grit, passion, and team-first spirit.
Beyond athletics, Graham’s brilliance extended into engineering and entrepreneurship. He led a remarkable project transforming a traditional school bus into a smart-tech luxury RV, showcasing his creativity and technical skill.
Co-Founder of Clear & Carry
On December 31, 2024, Graham co-founded Clear & Carry Junk Removal with his close friend Gabe. As Co-Owner and Executive Producer, he helped build the business into a trusted eco-conscious service across Houston, earning admiration for his work ethic and leadership.
Future Aggie Leader
Graham had been accepted into Texas A&M University’s Class of 2030, where he planned to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. His dreams of becoming an Aggie Engineer reflected his passion for building and innovation.

More than his achievements, Graham was remembered for his warmth, loyalty, and kindness. He was a devoted son, loving brother, and cherished friend whose laughter and energy left a lasting mark on everyone he encountered.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church (MDUMC), 12955 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77079. A reception will follow in The Friendship Court.
